Shish Kebab

1 cup cooking oil                                      1 cup white wine (cooking or otherwise)

8 cloves of garlic (I use more)                1 tsp salt

1/2 t pepper                                             1 lb beef cubes or a thick steak cut into cubes

mix all but the beef in a bowl & put the beef in to soak. Marinate at least overnight.

put the meat on skewers with chunks of onions- cherry tomatoes- large mushrooms- chunks of green pepper. cook on grill

I serve with rice pilaf but that’s just a family tradition.
