1. What’s the best place you ever lived? the worst?
I really liked the apartment my ex & I had when we were expecting miss 10, I had a lot more energy back then & so every room in our house was painted & stenciled. Ivy in the kitchen, Sunflowers in the bath, our bedroom was lavendar with a darker, purple wisteria stencil. Generally it was a really intense home & very reflective of our tastes.

I hated living in the trailer we lived in before we moved to this house, it was run down, leaky roofs, sagging floors, crappy, too old to be standing. smelly, moldy & too close to the neighbors. We moved in when mr 7 was 6 weeks old with the idea that it would be temporary- just long enough to save some money, the ex lived there 14 months with us, then we got seperated & divorced & he left. The kids & I were there until may of 2005 for a total of 5 years, 9 months.

2. What’s the best place you ever visited on holiday/vacation? the worst?
It seems I never go anywhere but Massachusetts since that’s where my family is. I love dragging the kids around to places that stir my old memories, see the family & friends, go to Boston, shop, go to the beaches in MA & NH, we take in at least 1 historical or educational site (like a museum) each year.
Probably the worst trip I’ve ever taken was when the ex & I were seperated but not divorced, he’d joined the Navy & I took the kids to Illinois to see him graduate boot camp. In March. It was about -3 most of the time we were there & WINDY! The day he had off we were going to take the kids to the Aquarium in Chicago but the line was so long my ex refused to stand there. So we WALKED to the Planetarium & went there. My face was still red & windburned 2 days later when I got home. (the other unpleasant aspect of this trip was the driving alone with 3 kids 800+ miles from VA to IL.) I got used to that though, I’ve driven as far or further when going to MA each summer

3. What’s the best job you ever had? the worst?
I used to run the office of a lube shop my ex was the manager of, I liked that job a lot though I think I would’ve liked it better if I hadn’t worked with my ex! I took payment for oil changes & other work, greeted customers & got their information, took care of ordering & stock, just general stuff like that but it was fun & I liked my co-workers.
The worst job I ever had was working at Dunkin Donuts, I worked early morning shift & the boss was a wench, she’d call my house at 6 or 7 if they were really busy & expect me to get up & go to work on her call- (I was homeschooled so she could work me during the day hours, not just in the afternoons like the other 16 year olds) If I didn’t comply she’d scratch all my hours for the next week from the schedule. It was my first job other than babysitting & I was just concerned with having enough money to have fun with. People are surly that early in the morning let me tell you.

4. What’s your best talent or ability? your worst?
I’m pretty smart & I pick things up quickly.
I’m lazy & I get very carried away with doing what I want to do & not doing what I should.

5. What’s the best decision you ever made? the worst?
Buying my house, Getting a divorce, having kids.
Getting married to & then having kids with an immature person.

Bonus (so we can end on a positive note!): What’s one good thing about you that isn’t covered in the questions above, but that you’d like to share with the world?
I am patient & good at my job.
